Welcome to Deepika Salon. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and at-home premium salon services. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Appointments & Service Booking
- Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of booking confirmation via email or SMS.
- Prices listed on the website are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your hair length, skin type, or specific custom requests made during the appointment.
- We request you to provide a clean, well-lit space for our professionals to set up their equipment.
2. Health & Allergies
For your safety, we require full transparency regarding your health:
- You must inform our professionals of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the commencement of the service.
- Deepika Salon cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions if prior medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Late cancellations may incur a nominal cancellation fee to compensate our professionals for their time and travel.
4. Payments & Billing
- Payment must be made in full immediately upon completion of the service.
- We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
5. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service immediately in the event of inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or unsafe conditions at the service location.
